TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE
Almay Dial Up Mascara Competition PROMOTION

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible, as are employees of agencies associated with this promotion.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  4. Only one entry per person permitted.
  5. Promotion commences on Wednesday 30th June 2010 and closes 05:00PM AEST on Wednesday August 23rd 2010. To enter, simply go to http://www.almay.com.au or http://www.almay.co.nz , and follow the prompts. Fill in your contact details, and answer the question "Tell us in 25 words or less why you want to take your lashes from full to fuller to fullest?"
  6. The contest will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoters. Judging will take place at the premises of Revlon Australia. Judging will occur on Monday 9th August, 2010. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creative and literary merit. Judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. Incomplete entries will not be included in the judging.

  2. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  3. Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  4. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

This information, which may include your name, mailing address, email address and type of request, is collected and stored in accordance with this policy.   8. The laws of New South Wales, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia.
